What is CNC Milling?
CNC Milling is a specific type of CNC Machining that uses computer controls and rotating cutting tools to produce bespoke engineered metal parts. The process is remarkably efficient and can achieve precision down to a thousandth of an inch. Perfect for both symmetrical and non-symmetrical shapes.
What is CNC Turning?
CNC Turning involves creating precisely engineered metal parts using a lathe. It works by rotating the metal part against a static tool controlled by a computer, which is fed precise instructions via CAD software. Shapes created by CNC Turning are primarily axially symmetric shapes such as cylinders, cones, disks and polygons.
Repairs and breakdowns
Our machining team not only manufactures new parts for our projects and our customers' projects but also uses their expertise to repair machine components. We understand the urgency of getting a broken machine back up and running and working efficiently and quickly. This not only saves you time, but a vast amount of money, too.
